Our Personal Trainer is Mark Drewett-Nation.
Mark is fully qualified to Level 4 and is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REP's).
He is able to tailor make a personalised programme to suit your individual needs and abilities, encourage you to reach your goals and will provide support every step of the way.
He is also able to provide 1-1 kickboxing training.
