with this 3 hour bootcamp you will be doing different exercises,  moving station to station,and running up and down the room while learning different techniques.
With all this in mind we will be targeting your whole body, from your head to toe, doing specific exercises to help you get to your target and fast.
There will be plenty  breaks within the 3 hours.
